We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations:

• Account Information: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account closure.
• Health Data: Retained for up to 3 years after account closure, only in anonymized form for research purposes (with your consent).
• Transaction Data: Retained for up to 7 years for regulatory compliance and financial record keeping.
• Usage Data: Retained for up to 2 years for service improvement, then aggregated and anonymized.
• Communication Records: Retained for up to 1 year for customer support and legal compliance.

Deletion Process: We will process your deletion request within 30 days. Your personal data will be deleted from active systems immediately, and removed from backups within 90 days. We will retain only anonymized data for research purposes (with your consent) and any data required for legal compliance.
